Deonna Shipman missing FBI Helps Recover Missing Girl In Thailand

The search began for missing child Deonna Shipman on July 12, 2007, when cops say her father, 46-year-old Jeffrey Shipman, did not drop the young girl off with her mother after his court appointed visit. An AMBER Alert was issued in the state of New York, but for five years, Deonna was nowhere to be found. Finally, the FBI was able to locate Deonna in Thailand, and has returned her to her mother safely.
