Missing W.Va. Teen Found
Kentucky law enforcement officials are celebrating the safe return of a 16-year-old girl who went missing from Barboursville, W.Va. on April 23, 2008. Cops say Gerarlene Nicole Shepard and the man with whom they say she was traveling, Mark Anthony Marcum -- a wanted felon -- have been found.

Vehicle To Look For:
- Cops say suspect may be driving an 88 Chevy Camero - metallic medium blue which has extensive body damage. Police have no tag information, but believe Marcum could be using tags taken from junk cars. The tags could be from W.Va. or Ky.

Missing Teen Found in Williamson, W. Va.
Virginia cops say 16-year-old Gerarlene Nicole Shepard has been located in Williamson, W.Va.
Cops say the young girl returned with Mark Anthony Marcum, who was last seen with her on April 23, 2008.
According to police, Marcum contacted relatives who facilitated his return to justice. After a lengthy phone conversation with police, Marcum returned to Williamson, W.Va., and cops took him into custody in a local parking lot without incident.
Cops say Shepard is in good condition and was immediately taken into child protective custody.
Cops say the two had been camping out since they went missing on April 23, 2008. They made periodic visits into Williamson for food until cops say Marcum decided to turn himself in to police.
