Police in San Bernardino, Calif. say that Briant Rodriguez has been found unharmed in Mexicali, Mexico.
U.S. authorities received a call from officials in the border town on May 15, 2009 saying that they found a boy that could be Briant Rodriguez.
The abducted 3-year-old boy's mother, Maria Rosalina Millan, flew with investigators that same night and was reunited with her son the following day in Calexico.

Cops say that Briant was found by Mexican authorities wandering the streets on May 15, 2009. His head had been shaved, but police soon realized that the young boy resembled Briant Rodriguez. Mexican officials called the FBI and San Bernardino Sheriff's investigators who immediately flew with Briant's mother to Calexico.
The following day Briant and his mother were reunited after Mexican authorities checked out the boy's birth certificate.
As for the suspects, police say that they are still outstanding but they will be announcing information about the motive behind Briant's abduction in the days to come.
