Body Of Kidnapped Md. Girl Found In Woods


Police tell AMW that the body of missing child Sarah Haley Foxwell was found around 4 p.m. on Christmas Day. They say more than 3,000 people volunteered to help search for the little girl.

Authorities say Sarah's body was located in the Rum Ridge area of northern Wicomico County just south of the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Cops would not comment on the cause of death or condition of Sarah's body, but an autopsy has been scheduled.

Police say as of Christmas Day, no new charges have been filed against Thomas James Leggs Jr., the man charged with Sarah's kidnapping.
