Searchers found 11-year-old Nadia Bloom alive just after 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010.
James King, a member of the church that Nadia's family attends, called 911 when he located Nadia while out searching for her.
The Winter Springs Police said they used GPS coordinates to locate James and Nadia. It took them more than 30 minutes to reach the girl, as police navigated waist-deep vegetation.
Nadia was found in a swampy area in good health, but covered in bug bites.
She was given water and a protein bar, then carried out of the woods and transported to a hospital for a full checkup.
Nadia disappeared from her Winter Springs, Fla., neighborhood on Friday, April 9, 2010.
Police said the girl loved nature and may have wandered off.
