More than three months after the decomposed remains of Taylor Behl were found in remote Virginia, authorities have indicted Benjamen Fawley on a first degree murder charge in connection with her death. »The Latest
Though no charges have been filed, police announced in a press conference that the scope of their investigation has narrowed. They went on to say they expect to file charges soon.
Meanwhile, 38-year-old Benjamin Fawley, who was once called a person of interest, remains in custody on 16 child pornography charges and one charge of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Taylor's friend also conducted their own search using the internet. That is how they turned up a web page entitled, "Deviant Art," which contains pictures from Fawley. On the web page are photos of a farmhouse that is approximately the same age and architectural style as the building on the property where the remains were found.
According to reports, one picture contains the caption, "I saw this on May 15 with someone special."
