AMBER Alert Cancelled; Detroit Teen Found Safe
Authorities in Michigan cancelled an AMBER alert for a 15-year-old mentally challenged boy after he was found safe. Stephon Spicer was located in Detroit after a mother and daughter spotted him wandering the streets. According to officials, Stephon wandered away from his school bus stop after he missed the bus. Police say when the mother and daughter recognized Stephon from a local news broadcast, they took him to a Michigan State Police post.
