Missouri officials have cancelled an AMBER alert for 4-year-old Lillian Kohut and her mother, Lori Wells, after they were found safe in Southern Illinois. Police say the pair had been abducted at knifepoint by Shane Kohut but were located unharmed. Kohut is beind bars facing charges.
