Children Recovered Safely
The three Emeruwa children have been recovered safely.
Cops in Montgomery County, Maryland canceled the AMBER alert that they had issued following a morning murder in Burtonsville.
Police say a mother was killed on New Year's Day in her home and her three young children had disappeared.
Thankfully, Kelechi and his siblings have been recovered safely.
Now their father is facing murder charges after he allegedly fled with them.

Kelechi and his brother and sister were last seen at their home in Burtonsville, which is in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Police say their mother was murdered in the home.
Cops say the children could be with their father and might be in a blue Honda Civic.

Three Kids Safe
The three Emeruwa children are safe and in police custody, following a frantic and tragic holiday.
On New Year's Day, Montogomery County, Maryland police issued an AMBER Alert after their mother was found murdered in their Burtonsville home.
After searching all day, someone finally called in a tip to authorities that they had seen the children in their father's car, still driving in Montgomery County.
Dad Under Arrest
After a brief police chase, during which one officer suffered minor injuries when she was involved in an accident, all three children were recovered safely.
Their father, who had allegedly kidnapped them following the murder, was arrested and is now facing homicide charges.
