Briant Rodriguez Kidnapped,Calif,Boy,Recovered,Mexico Kidnapped Calif. Boy Recovered In Mexico

Police in San Bernardino, Calif. say that Briant Rodriguez has been found unharmed in Mexicali, Mexico. U.S. authorities received a call from officials in the border town on May 15, 2009 saying that they found a boy that could be Briant Rodriguez. The abducted 3-year-old boy's mother, Maria Rosalina Millan, flew with investigators that same night and was reunited with her son the following day in Calexico.

Abducted Calif. Boy Found In Mexico


It's been two weeks since Briant Rodriguez was snatched from his home in San Bernardino, Calif. during a home invasion and robbery. Now, authorities say that the abducted 3-year-old has been recovered in Mexicali, Mex.

Cops say that Briant was found by Mexican authorities wandering the streets on May 15, 2009. His head had been shaved, but police soon realized that the young boy resembled Briant Rodriguez. Mexican officials called the FBI and San Bernardino Sheriff's investigators who immediately flew with Briant's mother to Calexico.

The following day Briant and his mother were reunited after Mexican authorities checked out the boy's birth certificate.

As for the suspects, police say that they are still outstanding but they will be announcing information about the motive behind Briant's abduction in the days to come.

Two suspects in the Briant Rodriguez kidnapping case were seen in this green Ford Bronco which was also seen in Briant's neighborhood around the time of his abduction.
Cops say one of the suspects in the Briant Rodriguez kidnapping is approximately 18-years-old. Both suspects were Hispanic males who were armed and spoke Spanish.
Cops say the two men seen in this surveillance still purchased the same items used to tie up the family of kidnapped toddler, Briant Rodriguez.
The second suspect in the Briant Rodriguez kidnapping is about 24-years-old with a thin build and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black boots -- possibly made of alligator -- and a white bandanna over his face.
This green Ford Bronco was seen being driven by two men who purchased the same materials to tie up the family of kidnapped toddler, Briant Rodriguez.
