Family members say 20-year-old Heather "Kitty" Riggio was a troubled woman who had been hanging out with a rough crowd. So when she disappeared May 6th, 2007, never to be heard from again, her family got very worried. Now police have joined in their concerns.
Heather was last seen by her family getting into a white SUV May 6th at the family's home in North Miami Beach. Friends told police they saw her in nearby Homestead a week later, and that's the last anyone's seen of Heather.
Police believe she's in danger, and is likely still in the South Florida area. She's been known to visit Kendall, Homestead and the Redlands area. She's a petite girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She has two tattoos, a pink pin-up girl on her leg and a black nautical star on her back.
Police are offering up to $3,500 for information leading to a resolution in Heather's case.
