Active Search For Missing Man
Billy Smolinski, an air conditioner repairman and tow truck driver from Waterbury, Connecticut, vanished without a trace in August of 2004. Now, new tips have come into police and about a dozen law-enforcement officials including the FBI are using cadaver-sniffing dogs to scour several locations in Shelton, Connecticut. Police now believe Billy was a victim of foul play.
