Mahalia Xiong was last seen at around 2 am on July 12, 2007.
She was leaving a bowling alley in the Green Bay, Wisconsin area.
Xiong Drunk At Time Of Crash
The Green Bay Police Department say that the body inside a car found at the bottom of the Fox River is definitely Mahalia Xiong's, who had been missing since July 13. Now, the medical examiner says that her blood alcohol level was one-and-a-half times the legal limit.

Missing Co-Ed Recovered In Car
The Green Bay Police Department has announced that the car they pulled from the Fox River on July 26, 2007, was the rental car that Mahalia was driving on the night of her disappearance. Further, they made a positive identification on the body inside the car.
They say it was Mahalia in the car, and all indications so far are that the cause of death was accidental.
Autopsy Uncovers Probable Cause Of Accident
The Medical Examiner in Wisconsin says that Mahalia's blood alcohol content was one-and-a-half times the legal limit.
In Wisconsin, the legal definition of intoxication is .08 and the M.E. has ruled that Mahalia's was .12.
