The family of 21-year-old Amy Scott is relieved to have their daughter safe in their Rhode Island home. Amy was picked up yesterday afternoon in New York after her family received a phone call to pick her up from the location. Her boyfriend Daniel Querzoni was listed as a missing person, but was recovered a short time later -- although the news of Daniel's recovery came with a harsh penalty. Daniel Querzoli is now serving jail time. According to published reports, Querzoli was arraigned and was being held on $50,000 bond for the unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle and four counts of receiving stolen property.

Amy has said little publicly to explain the couple's whereabouts since their disappearance on Valentine's Day. What Amy has told police is that she and Daniel are no longer in a relationship. She claims the couple broke up while in New York. The stolen vehicle they were last seen driving was recovered in a New York garage earlier today.
