Published reports say Daniel Querzoli is serving jail time for acts committed after his disappearance on Valentine's Day. Authorities say Daniel was operating a stolen vehicle when he drove his girlfriend, Amy Scott, all the way to New York. Daniel is charged with four counts of receiving stolen property and one count of unauthorized use of a stolen vehicle. He is currently being held on a $50,000 bond. The couple has said little about their whereabouts in the six days after they went missing. Except that Daniel and Amy are no longer in a relationship after breaking up in New York.
