Valerie Hamilton police Police Chief's Daughter Found; Accused Killer Arrested

U.S. Marshals and the FBI arrested Michael Neal Harvey, 34, on Sept. 20, 2010, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. Harvey is charged with 23-year-old Valerie Hamilton's murder and auto theft. Valerie was last seen at a tavern in Charlotte, N.C., on Sept. 15, 2010, and police recovered her body Sept. 19. Valerie is the daughter of Concord Police Chief Merl Hamilton.
