Police ID Sex Tape Toddler And Name A Suspect

After a week of working with the press and going through hundreds of tips -- many of which came from AMW tipsters -- Nye County, Nev. authorities announced that they had located an underage girl at the center of a disturbing case involving the videotaped sexual assault of a child. 

In a press conference on September 28, 2007, cops say that they've located the now 7-year-old girl who is seen on the horrific tape.  Cops claimed that the tape was made four years ago in Las Vegas when the girl was only 3 years old.  They also believe that the girl's mother had no knowledge of the disturbing images on the video.

Police now have a suspect in the case and he's someone cops say the girl's family knows through a "several tiered friendship connection."  Chester Arthur Stiles was named a suspect by cops and now the search is on for Stiles who is also wanted on additional child sex charges in Las Vegas. 

Minutes after Nye County detectives told AMW that the girl was safe and sound, Darren Tuck's defense attorney told AMW producers that his client had failed a polygraph test. Tuck was the starting point for the investigation when he gave authorities the 'Madison' sex tape a few weeks ago. At a press conference, cops said that Tuck would soon be behind bars due to a parole violation and for his involvement in the 'Madison' case. 

On September 27, 2007, Nye County Sheriff's Office announced that they had found a second girl on a videotape containing images of a sexual assault of a different, younger girl.

In a press release, cops say that not only do they know the identity of the 10-year-old girl, they also said that she is safe.  Authorities maintain that she was never harmed by the perpetrator, who is seen elsewhere on the tape committing sexual assaults against a girl. Police also confirmed that the portion of the video containing the second girl was filmed in Nye County. 

In a press conference on September 26, 2007, police released additional information about the girl at the center of the investigation.  Police say that the video was made in 2005 due to the make of the television and electronic equipment seen on the tape.  They also say that the lingerie that she wore in the video was manufactured in the spring of 2003 by a company in North Carolina. 

When 26-year-old Darren Tuck handed in a videotape to Nevada authorities on September 8, 2007, it began an investigation into an appalling case of sexual abuse against a child.  On the tape, authorities say, are disturbing images of an adult male sexually assaulting an adolescent girl. 

Detective David Boruchowitz told AMW that Tuck claimed he found the tape out in the desert, but cops believe that Tuck had the video for five months prior and was showing it to friends.  Police also say that the video does not have the wear and tear that one would expect it to have from desert exposure.

Tuck was arrested on September 19, 2007 on felony charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography.  He was released on bail, pending arraignment on November 26, 2007 in Pahrump Justice Court.  The top charge carries a possible sentence of life in prison.
