Police believe that siblings Paul Jackson and Vance Roberts lured teenage girls to a homemade sex-torture chamber they built in the residence they once shared.
While Roberts turned himself in and was sentenced to 108 years in prison,
Jackson's still wanted, and cops hope AMW viewers can help put him behind bars.

»How to Help Someone Who Has Been Sexually Assaulted
Imagine the sheer terror of being locked away in a basement and no matter how loud you scream, no one can hear you. Except for your captors.
Police say that in the late 1980's and early 1990, two brothers made sport out of scouting for young, troubled girls and luring them back to a torture chamber in their suburban Hillsboro, Oregon home.
The year was 1990 and Andrea Hood had ran away from home to try to make it on the streets of Portland. The sixteen-year-old was a perfect target for Paul Erven Jackson and his brother, Vance Roberts.
Cops say the brothers picked up Andrea one night in June 1990 and the terror began almost immediately. Andrea told AMW that Vance picked her up in his pickup truck while Paul hid in the back.
After sexually assaulting Andrea, she says the men took her back to their home where the torture and rape would continue for three days.
Andrea recalls that "it was like a house of horrors, like a dungeon..." and she had no reason to believe that she would survive being starved, restrained, sodomized, and tortured in a converted soundproof room.
However, after three days under the brothers' command, she convinced them to unlock her cuffs. Andrea noticed a single window which did not have bars on it and she made a break for it -- she broke the window and dove through the jagged glass to freedom.
Bloody and barely clothed, she ran to a nearby home, begging for help.
Police say they found chains that were used to restrain the women that Vance and Paul picked up.
One day after Andrea Hood went to the Hillsboro police to tell them of her harrowing ordeal, Vance Roberts and Paul Jackson were arrested and charged.
On June 3, 1990, a search warrant was served on Roberts' house and police say they found more evidence that Andrea was not the brothers' only victim.
On September 11, 1988, Michaelle Dierich reported to police in Portland, Oregon that she had been kidnapped, raped, and held in bondage for seven days. Photographs of Dierich are found by police when they search Roberts' home.
Dierich tells AMW that she spent most of her time handcuffed and chained at the waist. She says the brothers repeatedly raped her and she often felt like she was going to die.
Michaelle says that after a week, Paul told her that she was going to be released. Police say that Michaelle was fitted with a hood, driven back to the place she was picked up, and bizarrely given flowers as they pushed her out out of their vehicle.
Michaelle went to police after she recuperated at a local hospital, but police had few clues to go on until Dierich's photos were found at Roberts' home two years later.
Cops found evidence inside Vance Roberts' home including photographs and a makeshift torture chamber.
Vance Roberts and Paul Jackson were arrested and charged in both Andrea Hood's case and Michaelle's Dierich's case. After each arrest, the brothers were bailed out by their mother.
Court hearings for Roberts and Jackson began on February 1, 1991. On February 7, the siblings fail to appear in court and warrants are issued for their arrest.
Police learn that the last time anyone saw the pair was two days prior when they were seen driving away from their Portland, Ore. home.
A month later, the FBI issued federal warrants for the arrest of Jackson and Roberts.
When agents search the house for evidence, they find literature on how to change your identity, material to compose a fake ID, and maps of the Northwest. No one would see either brother for 16 years.
On September 14, 2006, Vance Roberts walked into the Hillsboro Police Department and surrendered to authorities. Roberts has said little about where he has been or if he knows where his brother is.
However, cops in Oregon are still on the lookout for Roberts' brother, Paul Erven Jackson. Authorities hope that they will soon have the other half of this suspected sadistic duo behind bars.
