Hector Ramirez cops Bronx Cops: Boy Witnessed Mom's Fatal Stabbing

After his girlfriend relocated to New York from Mexico with their 8-year-old son, Hector Ramirez was so lonely that he had a special tattoo done – describing his yearning to reunite with the child. The sentiment appeared sincere, but cops suspect that the body art may have betrayed Ramirez's obsessive nature. On Aug. 29, 2010, Ramirez allegedly stabbed his girlfriend to death in the Bronx as the child watched.
