Authorities say on April 27, 2012, Adam Mayes killed Jo Ann Bain and her eldest daughter, 14-year old Adrienne, and kidnapped Bain's two other daughters, 12-year-old Alexandria and 8-year-old Kyliyah. After a massive manhunt took place, authorities have arrested Mayes, who has since died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and the two young girls have been recovered safely.

Accused Killer, Kidnapper Arrested


Authorities have arrested Adam Mayes, who was wanted on murder and kidnapping charges, has been arrested.  Both of the young girls have been recovered safely.

After the arrest, Mayes died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
