Joliet Cedano abducted Baby Abducted From Park

On the afternoon of September 11, 2006, police say that Joliet Cedano was playing in a Palmdale, California park with her foster mother when the toddler was abducted. Immediately, an AMBER Alert was issued and a male suspect was soon taken into custody by cops a few hours later; only without little Joliet. Police now believe that the missing 5-month-old has been kidnapped by her biological mother, Maria Cedano Ayala.
