FBI agents in Kansas City, Mo., have been searching for Chloe Combe-Rivas since 2006 after they say her mother abducted her during divorce proceedings and took off to Mexico. Now they need the public's help to bring the little girl back to her father -- who has sole custody -- in the United States.
