  • Heather was last seen sunbathing on a beach that she often went to, located on the Ohio River. The beach was rather secluded, but there was an eyewitness to Heather's abduction, a man watching through a telescope from across the river.
Vehicle To Look For:
  • A witness came forward shortly after Heather's disappearance and claimed to have seen Heather in a red Chevette, being held by her hair. Kentucky State Police have not been able to substantiate this claim.
